ProDrivers is seeking a safety-focused Local CDL A Truck Driver for local routes in the Transportation & Warehousing industry. In this role, you will complete daily pick-ups and deliveries, operate tractors and trailers in compliance with DOT and company safety standards, and conduct pre- and post-trip inspections. You’ll secure loads, maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation, and communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time service. Drivers are home daily, work consistent schedules, and join a professional, driver-focused team that values respect, reliability, and strong safety culture. Operate CDL A tractor-trailer on local routes for pick-ups and deliveries Perform thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage in transit Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse staff Ensure on-time deliveries and professional customer service Report vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel Follow designated routes and adapt safely to traffic and weather conditions Represent ProDrivers’ safety-first, professional culture in all interactions CDL Class A driving Local route navigation DOT regulations compliance Vehicle inspection Electronic logging (ELDs) Freight loading and unloading Hazard recognition and safety Time management Communication with dispatch Basic truck maintenance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL Class A license Clean MVR and safety record DOT medical certificate Ability to pass DOT drug and background screenings Experience with ELD systems
