CDL Truck Driver – Heavy Equipment Delivery

EquipmentShare is hiring a CDL Delivery Driver to safely transport rental equipment to and from customer jobsites. You’ll perform pre/post-trip inspections, secure loads, operate lifting and loading equipment, and provide excellent on-site service. Safely operate CDL-class trucks to deliver and pick up rental equipment Perform accurate pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance Secure and unload equipment using appropriate tie-down and safety procedures Use company technology/telematics for routing, documentation and communication Provide professional, courteous service at customer jobsites Report equipment or vehicle issues promptly and complete basic documentation Collaborate with yard, service and dispatch teams to meet delivery timelines Follow all safety, traffic and company policies on and off the road CDL-A or CDL-B driving Safe vehicle operation DOT compliance Pre/post-trip inspections Load securement Route planning Electronic logging devices (ELD) Basic equipment operation (load/unload) Defensive driving Customer service Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL Class A or B license Clean driving record (MVR) DOT medical certificate Forklift or equipment operation experience preferred Hazmat/Tanker endorsements a plus Ability to pass background and drug screening
