CDL Class A Truck Driver

ProDrivers is seeking Class A Truck Drivers for night shifts supporting local and regional freight in the Transportation & Warehousing industry. Drivers will handle scheduled routes, ensuring safe, on-time deliveries while upholding DOT and company safety standards. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, accurate logkeeping, load securement, and professional communication with dispatch and customers. Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on assigned night routes Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations Transport freight locally and regionally, ensuring on-time deliveries and pickups Secure and handle loads according to safety and company standards Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and electronic records Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and route changes Follow all traffic laws, company safety policies, and regulatory requirements Report equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed Class A CDL driving Night shift driving DOT regulations compliance Vehicle inspection and maintenance checks Electronic logging devices (ELD) use Freight handling and load securement Route planning and navigation Time management for deliveries Defensive driving techniques Communication with dispatch Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) meeting DOT and company standards Current DOT medical examiner’s certificate Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs) Hazmat or tanker endorsements preferred (if required by route)
