CDL-A Truck Driver

Ecolab is seeking a CDL-A Truck Driver to safely transport raw materials and finished goods supporting our manufacturing operations. In this purpose-driven role, you’ll run regional routes from our St. Paul facility, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, securing chemical and industrial loads, and maintaining accurate electronic logs. You’ll work within a safety-first, sustainability-focused culture, collaborating with plant and logistics teams while following strict DOT, OSHA, and Ecolab environmental standards. Transport raw materials and finished goods between Ecolab facilities and customer sites using CDL-A equipment Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, documenting and reporting issues promptly Ensure full compliance with DOT, OSHA, and Ecolab safety and environmental standards Accurately maintain electronic logs, delivery documentation, and shipment records Secure loads properly to prevent damage, contamination, or spills Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant operations, and customers on schedules and delays Support safe handling of chemical products following company procedures Participate in ongoing safety, compliance, and skills training programs CDL-A driving Route planning DOT regulation compliance Vehicle inspection Load securement Electronic log systems Basic vehicle maintenance Time management Safety protocols Customer communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL-A license Clean driving record DOT medical certification Hazmat endorsement preferred Tanker endorsement preferred
