CDL-A Truck Driver Requirements – Valid Class A CDL – At least 23 years old – 1 year of verifiable experience – Clean MVR, no major incidents – No felonies or failed drug screens – Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical CDL-A Truck Drivers with Purdy Brothers get: – $1,200 – $1,600 per week – paid weekly via direct deposit! – $5,000 sign-on bonus ($1,500 after 1st load, $1,000 at 6 months, $2,500 1 year) – $3,000 referral bonus – Paid vacation and 6 paid holidays – 401(k) with company match – Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability – Additional pay opportunities: – Breakdown pay – Layover pay – Stop and detention pay – Scale and lumper pay – No-touch freight!
