Safely operate reefer trailers, follow DOT and company regulations, and complete accurate logs and documentation. Operate CDL A tractor-trailer on dedicated, temperature-controlled routes Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of refrigerated freight Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations Use ELDs to maintain accurate Hours-of-Service and trip documentation Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections Monitor and manage reefer temperatures and cargo integrity Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and support teams Maintain clean, well-cared-for equipment and report maintenance needs Follow company policies for safe driving, fuel efficiency, and load securement Represent Hirschbach professionally with customers and the public CDL A driving Refrigerated (reefer) trailer operation DOT safety compliance Hours-of-Service logging Electronic logging devices (ELD) Trip planning and routing Freight securement Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance Temperature-controlled cargo management Customer and dispatch communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid CDL Class A license Clean driving record meeting DOT and company standards Current DOT medical card Reefer experience preferred Safe driving and safety training certifications preferred
