Responsibilities include safely operating a tractor-trailer, inspecting equipment, securing and delivering freight, completing trip documentation, and communicating with dispatch and customers. Follow company safety standards, traffic laws, and hours-of-service requirements. A valid Class A CDL and a safe driving record are required; prior tractor-trailer experience is preferred. Help maintain reliable service and lasting customer relationships while building a career with a stable, driver-focused carrier. Operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer on regional routes. Transport and deliver dry-van freight safely and on schedule. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Follow applicable traffic laws, hours-of-service rules, and company safety procedures. Secure and verify loads and complete required delivery paperwork. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and company staff.
